After submitting that parody version of Condor Joe's 25 expressions [link] , I decided to take a crack at it for real. So here ya go: Joe's 25 degrees of scary-looking. :lol: The expression template came from :iconnapalmnacey:'s page here [link] . I kept it sketchy-looking on purpose because I wanted to emulate the original design sketches I've seen for this character.

LOL -- yes, the other one IS priceless. ;)

I love this one, though, too. And boy, does it make it clear how rarely the Condor cracks a real smile. Serious, angry, and even sadness and rage are quite familiar, but silly is a whole new look for him!

The ill/nauseous pic makes me think that maybe he tried some of Cryxian home cooking and found out after the fact what was in it. :XD:

Really well done!! I should do this exercise for Ch'laen (and Spirit, too).

awesome :XD: I saw a version with Optimus Prime and I think it's the best one, the only different expression was the DEAD one (he's just all grey) :lmao:

The silly one is well, just silly:XD: but hmmm, this lacks something... I know, MANIACAL! :mwahaha:

Joe is always the one giving me a hard time drawing. Especially his nose.(why can't anime characters have realistic noses anymore huh?!)

It was an interesting exercise, and one that would be good for Ch'laen and Spirit. I would recommend editing out a few of the too-similar expressions ("incredulous" and "wtf" for example). I think I rushed through a couple of these, and will have to go back and redo a couple to make 'em "pop" better.

Yeah, the "triumph" one is scary, but then, he's probably looking at his opponent. You know how he gets. :laughing:

I can think of a couple of genuine smiles he pulled in the episodes, and for the silly, I thought of the one where he's being all bashful with Mikhail's mom. But yeah, he's the serious type.
